Titan USA Returned Goods Policy
Returns can be made anytime during the year
All returns must include an authorized RGA number
Any return exceeding $500 net must be accompanied by a 2 for 1 offsetting order to be placed prior to the RGA number being issued
Current standard catalog items only will be authorized for return
Returned goods must have been purchased within last 12 months, and the po# must be provided prior to authorization
Standard package quantities only will be accepted
Tools must be in saleable condition
